Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know as early as possible so that we can admit someone from the waiting list. Depending on the date, you may be due a refund:

Prior to 1/29/26	$60 (minus processing fees)
Prior to 2/22/26	$30 refund
2/22/26 or later	No refund

Please help the community to stay healthy by exercising good judgment if you may be infectious. A refund may be issued at the discretion of the ball committee.
