Directions to the Lake City Community Center (12531 28th Ave. NE):
From the south (including downtown & the airport): take I-5 north to the NE 130th Street exit (# 174). Turn right (heading east), and follow the arterial down the big hill; it becomes NE 125th Street. Turn left on 28th Avenue NE. From the north: take I-5 south to the NE 145th Street exit (# 175). Turn left (heading east). Turn right on 30th Avenue NE. Turn right on NE 127th Street. Turn left on 28th Avenue NE. From the eastside: either go across Lake Washington on I-90 or I-520, to I-5 north (see above); OR go around the north end of Lake Washington on Bothell Way NE, which becomes Lake City Way NE; turn right on on NE 127th Street. Turn left on 28th Avenue NE. From the University of Washington: go north on 15th Avenue NE or 25th Avenue NE to Lake City Way NE; continue north. Turn left on NE 127th Street. Turn left on 28th Avenue NE. Metro Bus routes # 41, 64, 65, 75, 243, 306, 312, and 522 provide service to Lake City.
